At Natland Investment Group, we appreciate not only our own capital, but also the capital of our shareholders and qualified investors. We do it the way we believe is right: transparently, responsibly and with participation in the result. We invest through funds with a long-term vision, a functional business model and high-quality management.
Our goal is to create long-term value. We invest in projects we know, manage and believe in. We focus on areas where we have direct influence: real estate, private equity and financial services. In the funds we manage, we build on long-term principles, fair returns and direct participation. No special classes, no double standards. Our capital is invested alongside yours.
Our motivation is your motivation. We participate in the result.
We combine the expertise of the Natland Group and its partners to create a long-term sustainable and attractive environment in which we jointly and fairly appreciate capital. We build diversified portfolios with maximum focus on economic contribution.

We stand behind what we do, from the first investment to the final exit. We enter projects with our own capital and develop them actively, not from a distance. Every project has its own story, and we bring structure, management and real responsibility to it. We offer investors not only returns, but also the certainty that their capital works in structures we manage and know. We appreciate not only capital, but also the potential embedded in each investment.
Our qualified investor funds have a long-term vision, a functional business model and high-quality management. They are proven by history, supported by documented results and prepared to create a high-quality and attractive investment environment over the long term. In our funds, every investor is a partner.
* Values for the investment group for 2018 are shown including (light) and excluding (dark) the extraordinary gain from the completed sale of PPC Investments, for better comparability of the group’s long-term performance.
** Values are based on financial statements prepared under IFRS or CAS. For entities where annual revaluation is performed as part of fair value assessment, the value was verified by comparing the accounting value of assets with the market value of invested capital, i.e. enterprise value. This value is used whenever it differs from the accounting values of the company’s total assets by more than 15 percent, so that the indicator reflects the actual value of assets as faithfully as possible. For companies where Natland has significant influence (20-50 percent), assets, capital and turnover are included according to Natland’s ownership interest. For controlling influence (over 50 percent), the full value of assets, capital and turnover is included. For holding companies, only assets whose counterparty is outside the Natland Group are included.
