Information for Existing Investors

FFTP (Fond finančního trhu a pohledávek, open-ended mutual fund) is a qualified investor fund. It collects funds or assets with monetary value from qualified investors by issuing participating securities. It also carries out collective investment of the collected funds or assets with monetary value according to a defined investment strategy for the benefit of investors and manages those assets.

 

The fund generally invests more than half of the value of its assets in short-term financial instruments, usually with maturities of up to one year. These may include short-term bank deposits, treasury bills, bonds or similar securities, and other investment instruments, including receivables from loans and borrowings. The fund may also acquire receivables, including receivables against debtors subject to insolvency or enforcement proceedings. One of the unit holders is the Natland Group.

The fund’s investment objective is to achieve stable asset appreciation above the level of long-term interest-rate returns by investing primarily in secured and unsecured receivables from loans or borrowings, receivables acquired by assignment, and complementary assets consisting of real estate, movable assets and sets thereof, interests in business companies, and standard capital and money market instruments.

The investment strategy consists of investments in money market instruments. The fund generally invests more than 50% of its assets in short-term financial instruments, usually with maturities of up to one year, such as short-term bank deposits, treasury bills, certificates of deposit, bills of exchange, repo transactions, bonds or similar securities representing the right to repayment of an amount owed, issued by states or business companies, and other investment instruments, including receivables from loans and borrowings provided to legal entities or entrepreneurs, provided that they are economically beneficial for the fund. Loans and borrowings may be provided regardless of the existence of collateral.
