Natland Real Estate Fund is a qualified investor fund focused on investments in real estate projects, primarily in Prague and Central Bohemia, at various stages of permitting or construction. The fund's development and real estate investments aim to achieve sustained appreciation of funds invested by shareholders, while diversifying resources across multiple projects. The fund is part of a purely Czech investment group that develops mid-sized companies, residential areas and income-producing real estate. We have been active in the real estate sector since 2011.
